The scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing of services will be agreed upon in writing before the commencement of any project.
2. Bookings and Payments
- Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of an advance payment, as communicated during project discussion.
- The remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed schedule or before final delivery of the project.
- Payments once made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Additional services or revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required for the project
- Obtain permissions or consents from individuals appearing in the video, where applicable
- Ensure access to locations and necessary approvals for filming
- Inform Eagle Eye Productions of any restrictions or special requirements in advance
4. Creative Control and Revisions
- Eagle Eye Productions retains creative discretion over filming and editing style.
- Reasonable revisions are included as agreed during the project discussion.
- Excessive or additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.
5. Use of Drone Videography
- All drone operations will comply with applicable aviation and local regulations.
- Filming is subject to weather conditions, permissions, and safety considerations.
- Eagle Eye Productions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule drone shoots if conditions are unsafe or non-compliant.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- All raw footage remains the property of Eagle Eye Productions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights to the final delivered content for personal or commercial use, as specified in the agreement.
- Eagle Eye Productions reserves the right to use completed projects for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
7. Delivery Timelines
- Estimated delivery timelines will be shared with the client; however, timelines may vary due to project complexity or unforeseen circumstances.
- Delays caused by client-side issues (such as late approvals or information) are not the responsibility of Eagle Eye Productions.
8. Limitation of Liability
Eagle Eye Productions shall not be liable for:
- Loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control
- Technical failures due to equipment malfunction despite reasonable care
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Client-initiated cancellations may result in forfeiture of the advance payment.
- Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Eagle Eye Productions reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a refund of unutilized fees may be provided.
10. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party vendors or platforms for editing, hosting, delivery, or communication. Eagle Eye Productions is not responsible for issues arising from third-party services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts within India.
12. Changes to Terms
Eagle Eye Productions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
